The short version: Oracle Owl reads public blockchain and market data and turns it into grades. It's a research tool, not advice. You decide what to buy, and you carry the risk.

1. Not financial advice

Grades, checks, lists and alerts are automated readings of public data. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Memecoins are extremely risky; you can lose everything you put in. Do your own research and never spend more than you can afford to lose.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Oracle Owl relies on third-party data sources (see How grades work), which can be wrong, late or unavailable. A scan shows what the data said at that moment; tokens change quickly. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. A good grade doesn't mean a token is safe, and a bad grade doesn't mean it will fail.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google. One account per person; keep your Google account secure. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service (for example automated mass scanning, trying to get around limits, or attacking the site).

4. Scan credits

  • Scan credits are prepaid scans: one opens one token's full report for 24 hours, with current data each time you come back in that time - whether or not the token was scanned before. Afterwards you keep the report as you last saw it. Watch credits pay for watching tokens (regular checks and alerts). Both come with the Pro and Whale plans, for each 30-day period of the plan; plan holders can also buy more as top-ups. Free accounts get a few free scans each day.
  • Credits are not money: they have no cash value, can't be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and are non-refundable, except that a scan which fails to produce a result gives its credit back automatically.
  • A plan's credits are for its period: what is left when a period ends expires. Credits from top-ups (and from packs bought before plans) don't expire while the service runs. Plans are prepaid and don't renew by themselves. Prices for new purchases may change.
  • Payments are made in USDC on a public blockchain. Blockchain payments are final and public by nature; send only from a wallet you control and to the address shown at checkout, in the exact amount shown (it's how your payment is matched to your order). A different amount, or a payment more than a day late, is matched by hand when you contact us.
  • A free account gets a few free scans each day (the number is on the Pricing page), private too, and its first watch free for 24 hours; after that it can keep one watch with rug alerts only. A free scan shows the verdict (both grades and the main findings); the full report comes with a plan, and featured coins' full reports are open to every signed-in account. A free account shows its most recently scanned tokens; older scans stay stored and come back with a plan. Free scans are limited per network connection and per day across the site.
  • Watching a token costs watch credits for each day it's checked, more for faster checks (the price is shown before you pick it); for a token featured on the home page, at most 1 watch credit a day and only on days it sends you an alert. Without enough watch credits, checks and alerts pause until you buy more; critical alerts for featured tokens (for example a token turning into a rug) are still sent, free. Quick checks look at a few fast-moving numbers, not everything a full scan does.

5. Private scans and sharing

Which tokens you open is visible only to your account. A token's report is built from public chain data and is the same for everyone who opens it, so Oracle Owl keeps one saved report per token; tokens you open are not added to the public lists. If you share a scan's card or verify link, anyone with the link can see the token, both grades, when it was scanned, and its market cap then and now - never the full report. Oracle Owl may use scan results in aggregate (for example to measure how often graded tokens later rug) without identifying you.

6. What we store

Your email, name and profile picture from Google; your scans, watchlist and credit history; your Telegram chat ID if you connect alerts; and technical logs needed to run the service. We don't sell your data. We don't store your Google password or any wallet keys. The Privacy page has the details. To delete your account and data, email [email protected].

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Oracle Owl and its operators aren't liable for any trading losses or other loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its grades. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to what you paid for credits in the previous 3 months.

8. Changes

The grading rules improve over time, and so may these terms. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new date. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
