The short version: we keep your email, the coins you opened and the payments you made. We never hold your money and never ask for your wallet keys.

What we store

  • Your email, and the name and profile picture Google sends when you sign in with it.
  • The coins you opened: which ones and when, your watchlist, and your alert settings (which chains, muted or not).
  • The payments you made: what you bought (a plan or a top-up), the amount in USDC, the network, when it was paid and the transaction it was paid in; and your credit history (credits added, used and expired).
  • If you turn them on: your Telegram chat ID for alerts, and for notifications on a device, the address your browser gives for it (with its keys) and a label such as "Chrome on Android".
  • A sign-in cookie. We keep only a scrambled (hashed) copy of it, so a leaked database can't sign anyone in.
  • For the limit on free scans: with each free scan, a one-way scrambled form of your network address, never the address itself.

What we never store

  • Wallet keys or seed phrases. Oracle Owl never asks for them and never asks you to connect a wallet. Anyone who does is not us.
  • Your money. We never hold it. A payment goes straight to Oracle Owl's wallet as a purchase: there are no deposits, no balances held for you and nothing to withdraw.
  • Your Google password, or any card or bank details (we don't take cards).

Who can see it

Which coins you open is visible only to your account; your scans never show in the public lists. We don't sell your data and there are no ads or tracking scripts on the site. A few settings are kept in your own browser (for example, that you turned notifications off on this device). Payments are made on a public blockchain, so the transaction itself is public, as every blockchain payment is.

To run the service we use Google (sign-in), Telegram (if you connect alerts), your browser maker's notification service (if you turn notifications on), and the company that hosts our server. Our server sees your network address with each request, as any website does; it is used to keep the site running and to slow down abuse.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and what we store about you, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with. Records of payments may be kept as long as the law requires. See also the Terms.
