STANDARD: what it is, and is it safe?

What is STANDARD?
STANDARD is the token of The Standard Reserve, a DeFi protocol on Robinhood Chain that writes its monetary rules into immutable smart contracts. Coverage of the protocol has called it an onchain central bank: supply expands when net ETH flows into its hooked Uniswap v4 pool and contracts through buybacks and burns when ETH flows out. A custom hook measures that flow each epoch and routes fees to a reserve vault or to burns.
Trading opened in mid-September 2026, after a Genesis Charter sale run as a Dutch auction. Charters are soulbound NFTs that give holders a banker role with branches, and each extra branch needs an expansion licence paid in the token and burned. Bankless reports the system was built by a developer known as 0xBeans and that mint proceeds went to liquidity and protocol vaults; no other team members or investors are disclosed. The token trades on Uniswap pools on the chain.
The project runs a web app with a team trading game called King of the Markets, and posts on X as @standard_rsv. The vault and burn mechanics are the team's design claims. Oracle Owl's checks above show the current contract, liquidity and holder picture.

The Owl's verdict: High risk
From the Owl's checks on contract, liquidity, holders, team and launch
I'd be careful with this one: a single contract holds 21% and serial launcher: 17 earlier launches; 17 of the latest 17 are dead. Worth watching: the top 10 wallets hold 32%. The launch was clean.
