What is DACITY?

Dacity Coin (DACITY) is an Ethereum memecoin named after a fictional cryptocurrency from Grand Theft Auto VI. In the game's launch trailer, a plane carries a "DacityCoin AudaCity" banner, and leaked footage shows an AudaCity-branded skydiving stunt that fans read as an in-game crypto promotion. The DACITY coin borrows that name and joke; it has no known link to Rockstar Games, which has not commented on any of these tokens.

This Ethereum token was created on 19 October 2026, four days after the trailer's release. It was not the first coin to use the name: a Solana Dacity Coin launched on Pump.fun on 11 October drew wide media coverage, and this Ethereum version appears to be a later copy riding the same theme. No team has been identified, and we found no exchange listings beyond decentralised trading on Ethereum.

The project promotes itself through an X account, @TheDacityETH, a Telegram group and a website. Media reports cover only the Solana token, so there is little independent information about this one. Copycat tokens often share a name across chains; check the contract, holder and liquidity results on this page carefully.
